Casting
Synergy can signpost casting directors to a diverse range of actors with lived experience of the criminal justice system. They bring energy, authenticity and their life experiences to performances and comprise a fantastic pool of talent including Valentine Olukoga who won Best Male Actor at the 2020 Black British Theatre Awards for The Fisherman (Arcola, Trafalgar Studios & UK tour) and Michael Balogun a 2021 The Stage 100 Award for Death of England: Delroy (National Theatre).
