magero wins 2024 tya offie for he said she said
Congratulations to Magero Otieno-Magero, winner of the TYA (Theatre for Young Audiences) Writing Offie for HE SAID SHE SAID.
In the Offies Award ceremony 2024 at Woolwich Works Magero thanked the Synergy team and the young people whose stories and experiences gave him the inspiration to create the play.
HE SAID SHE SAID toured to schools & PRUs before a sell-out week at Kiln Theatre in February 2023 and the production was also a finalist in the best TYA production category.
