Synergy is recruiting: Learning & Engagement Co-ordinator
Synergy Theatre Project is looking for a dynamic and highly organised Learning & Engagement Co-ordinator, an exciting new role created to support the delivery of our young people’s programme, targeting young people at risk of entering or already within the criminal justice system.
Working closely with our Learning and Engagement Manager (Young People), the Learning & Engagement Co-ordinator will support the delivery of our programme of creative participatory activity, touring theatre and film productions and response projects for schools, pupil referral units (PRUs), young offender institutions (YOIs) and youth organisations.
- Contract: Permanent, subject to 6-month probationary period
- Hours: 4-5 days per week. Requests for part-time and flexible working will be considered
- Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata if not full-time)
- Annual leave: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays (pro rata)
- Location: Blended home and office working at Synergy’s London base (Brixton House, SW9 8GL). On site attendance at schools, PRUs and YOIs will form part of this role.
