Synergy is recruiting: Learning & Engagement Manager (Adults)

Synergy is looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to lead and manage our programme of creative engagement and pathways to training and employment for people with lived experience of the criminal justice system, both within the prison estate and in the community.

Candidates will have excellent project management skills, ideally 5+ years’ experience in arts education, education or resettlement and a passion for increasing arts, education and employment engagement for disadvantaged groups.

  • Contract: Permanent. Subject to a six-month probationary period with three-month review
  • Location: London office with blended working option
  • Salary: £34,000
  • Annual leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours)
