Synergy Studio: Introduction to Acting with Morley College

Over the last 10 weeks Actor and Tutor, Beverley Limbrick led classes exploring acting techniques, ensemble work and working with dramatic texts. The performance showcase was the result of a 3-lesson rehearsal of short scenes and monologues and was an opportunity for the cast to practice new skills in a welcoming environment to friends, family and college alumni.

The course marked the first in a series of planned collaborations in an exciting new partnership with Morley College, using quality theatre training and performances as a tool for engagement.

The aim of the partnership is to deliver high quality theatre-based training whilst offering Synergy Studio members the opportunity to progress smoothly onto further courses at Morley and other education providers.
