A Raisin in the Sun

What happens to a dream deferred? Does it dry up like a raisin in the sun?

Crammed into a tiny apartment in 1950’s Chicago, the Younger family strives for a better way of life.  Their hopes hang on the arrival of an insurance pay-out, but will their conflicting desires tear the family apart?

A Raisin in the Sun was performed to prisoners, staff, families and invited public audiences.
